Gnu Nano
Gnu Nano is, as I see it, the winner in the wars of the minimal editors (thus it beats Vi Improved).
Why? Well it has a user interface. Vi has only got static void as I see it.

However, Gnu Nano does not yet have an undo feature, so right now I am using Gnu Emacs.
